Assistant Vice President, Custody Services (Fund Settlement)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the set up on system & operating procedures, guideline and documentation for custody operation process.
• Perform as checker role to supervise daily operation and support of settlement, corporate action and custodian services.
• Negotiate with relevant parties and manage end-to-end process.
• Optimize workflow so as to enhance operation efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in settlement with knowledge in securities markets, custody, trustee and asset management operation
• Familiar with SWIFT, CCASS, Clearstream, Euroclear, eCMT terminal
• Analytical, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
