Responsibilities

• Shape and implement overall strategy and roadmap to drive digital engagement
• Initiate new ideas and strategy, and implement new initiatives and campaigns to drive digital adoption, digital engagement, digital penetration and active usage
• Define and execute insight-driven actions to drive customer digital adoption and active usage
• Analyze data to identify insight and micro-segment customers for targeting / retargeting
• Define and execute campaigns, as well as to leverage MarTech solutions, to drive digital engagement KPIs
• Track campaign performance and results, evaluate effectiveness and refine approach and actions
• Act as the champion and owner of Digital Engagement Dashboard
• Analyze and define data requirements for Digital Engagement Dashboard enhancements to enable customer journey tracking, data insight driven actions and result tracking; work closely with Business Analytics team for dashboard enhancements
• Manage advertising and promotion budget and spend
• Collaborate with cross functional business partners (including Business Analytics, Marketing & Communications, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, IT and others)

Requirements

• University education with digital acquisition / digital engagement work experience in the digital banking field
• At least 8-12 years related work experience
• Strong business, customer engagement & marketing sense
• Driver, purpose-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Customer obsessed with strong analytical skills and agility
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability mindset
