Assistant Vice President, Insurance Sales & Marketing

Responsiblities

• ​Formulate marketing proposition and drive the marketing plan meeting business targets
• Steer the launch of sales and marketing initiatives as well as digital projects
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to provide sales support to frontline so as to steer business momentum
• Constantly review and adjust the product offering to ensure compliance support to frontlines
• Lead and/or assist ad hoc projects / assignments

Requirements

• ​Degree or above
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience (life insurance/general insurance/MPF) with bancassurance
• Solid experience in project management (including digital initiatives) and sales support is essential   
• Holder of IIQAS Paper I, III, IV, V and Holder of HKSI Paper 1,7,8 is highly preferable
• Good insurance product knowledge and understanding of market trends
• Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented
• Sound knowledge of application software including Excel & PowerPoint
• Good command of written English and Chinese
