Manage and undertake end-to-end SME strategic digital projects in account opening and cash management from feasibility study, requirement analysis/documentation, UAT management and post implementation performance tracking
To work with Group and users to build up the user requirement and drive digital transformation of the business
Prepare project communication materials to facilitate discussion with stakeholders and management
To gather and summarize banking industry information such as market status and peer analysis for management’s informed decision making in business strategy
Work with respective stakeholders in Hong Kong and Singapore (including Risk, IT, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Frontlines and Operation team) to ensure new products and projects comply with business strategy and regulatory requirements
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
University graduate in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years' working experience in banking, preferably in SME banking, cash management and / or digital product management
Effective project management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
A team player with good collaboration mindset
Strong customer-centric mindset
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership on assigned tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
