Job Responsibilities:
- Manage project implementation for awarded mandates, serving as the primary client contact.
- Collaborate with in-country deal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Initiate kickoff meetings to clarify objectives, project teams, deliverables, timelines, and communication models.
- Document project scope and agreements in a Project Plan/Scope of Work.
- Facilitate CAS/ES submission to Credit and coordinate KYC, account opening, and documentation requirements.
- Develop workflow/SOP with stakeholders and ensure internal systems support the proposed solution.
- Coordinate file testing, data mapping, and UAT with GTO and Client.
- Maintain regular client meetings to provide project updates.
- Monitor activities during the initial production month post go-live.
- Conduct necessary handovers and provide monthly updates to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- 5-6 years of trade implementation experience, with a focus on local Corporates.
- Strong knowledge of trade and SCF/Receivable Finance products and services.
- Proven track record in deal closure and prospecting.
- Credit knowledge and analytical skills are advantageous.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
