You are going to work in an exciting, growing Adult Nutrition category. This role is the driver of a specific assigned portfolio of brands, responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing programs to drive business growth, brand value and market share.
Develop brand (Adult Nutrition - disease-specific) and communication strategies
Drive full consumer funnel activities planning and execution with Digital, CRM and Ethical teams.
Discover and leverage insights from researches to help support business decision-making
Independently lead agencies and vendors to ensure execution excellence of all marketing initiatives
Active monitoring of sales performances, competitive moves, category trends with regular reporting for management review
Close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams (Digital, CRM, Ethical, Sales, Regulatory, etc.) at both local and global levels to deliver synergized communications
Monitor and manage A&P budgets to improve spend efficiency
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business, Marketing or any related discipline
At least 2 years of experiences in marketing and brand management, preferably in the FMCG and consumer health sectors
A good team player. Proactive, energetic and analytical with good business acumen
Excellent project and time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
