The Role Responsibilities Job Summary The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to understand the architecture and different applications in the bank to help quickly resolve service impacting issues, work with network team and provide valuable information to the application.
- Provide BAU front office support for applications, troubleshoot IT issue.
- Proactively manage daily BAU issues and users query.
- Contribute to the resolution of high severity incidents.
- Escalate and follow up system issues to tech teams.
- Support Management on a daily basis to manage the business.
- To align project timeline to ensure project success delivery.
- Applicants should have solid knowledge of PC, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). The role involves identifying trends and improving processes, so it is also essential that applicants have experience using statistical packages (Excel, Skype, MS Teams, etc) for analysing large datasets.
To support the PvB Office to
- formulate and execute the PvB strategy by collaborating and coordinating with the tech team and the related business and functions.
- establishing metrics to measure the success of the strategy, and project management.
