Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and prepare user requirements including functions and features required across digital internal and external platforms to address business needs
- Coordinate and initiate digital projects with IT and back office department ensuring development & implementation alignment across business units
- Validate by testing actual implementation of business process & projects, focusing on variety of electronic trading systems, including enhancement of features and functions of such systems
- Responsible for training of our trading system and the development of User manual
- Perform Users Acceptance Test (UAT) on the online securities, futures and options trading platform
- Co-ordinate UAT life-cycle with tester and IT
- Preparation of test plan and test cases
- Manage daily operations related to trading system
- Handle users enquiry of digital platforms
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 2 years working experience, preferably in local brokerage business
- A good team player who is proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Good computer skill in Word, Excel and Access
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
