Associate Director, Digital Engagement and Performance Management
The Role Responsibilities
Strategy

  • This role is the owner of all business data within Digital Banking. Leveraging the data, the position holder should derive relevant insights and identify business opportunity for the team to drive business performance including but not limited to sales and adoption of digital services and capabilities among the retail banking clients. The role will also have opportunity to lead business initiative/ program to drive digital adoption.
Business
  • The measures of success consist of (but not limited to)
  • Maintaining, managing and updating regular business report, MI and dashboard.
  • Regular insights sharing with business leaders and management team in Digital Banking to identify opportunities among different sub-segments of clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to facilitate identification and segmentation of clients for hyper personalization.
  • Derive relevant initiative/ program to fulfil business need in driving digital adoption.
Processes
People and Talent

  • It requires solid background in data analytics, data visualization and dashboard development. Knowledge in statistical programming skills such as SAS, SQL is a plus. The ideal candidate will be the one with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics as well.
  • Experience in driving marketing and customer communication program will be a plus.
Risk Management
  • Ensure timely business data is delivered to relevant business stakeholders and useful business insights can be derived.
  • Ensure we comply to PDPO requirement and at the same time enable right messages can be displayed/ exposed to right group of clients in a relevant context.

  • Display awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Banking Business and Data Management.
  • Develop Insights from multiple dashboards and MIS to identify business opportunities among different micro-segments of clients.
  • Work closely with Group data analytics team to ensure timely delivery on dashboard and MIS.
  • Collaborate with Group data analytics team to develop and optimise dashboard and MIS.
  • Timely delivery all HK digital banking business report to management team.
  • Design and drive initiative/ program based on data to drive digital adoption and business.
  • Track performance of individual program, conduct optimization and seek for improvement area.
Stakeholder management
  • Collaborate with different business stakeholders and teams to ensure timely data and MI.
  • Derive insights from data per requirement from senior management to identify business opportunities for digital adoption.
  • Work closely with cross-segment and cross-functional teams to achieve digital business KPI.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Hands on experience in Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in designing program/ initiatives to drive digital adoption is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Fluency in Traditional Chinese and business communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Should be able to adapt to new technologies proactively and have the motivation to keep their skills and industry knowledge up to date.
