Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound service support on investment products
- Handle and resolve customer queries and requests via phone, live chat and email on investment products and services in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills
- Design FAQs and provide training upon product launch or introduction of new services
- Collect and analyse feedback from customer and provide system enhancement/solution when necessary
- Perform UAT and system testing when necessary
- Handle verbal & written customer complaints from customers via phone and email
Requirements
- With 3-4 years’ experience in frontline customer service, experience in investment areas is strongly preferred
- Holder of HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8
- Shift duty will be required
- Customer and service oriented and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua
