Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre candidate to join them.

To support the sales initiatives and to assist the sales team on all related distribution activities. Support the oversight of the regional retail distribution business by ensuring integrity and timeliness of management dashboards and steerco reports. To analyze the sales data and update on the market trend. Co-ordinate with Operations to ensure all trades are processed and completed on a timely manner. Prepare the summary and monthly reports for internal reporting. Maintain the premium and inventory and fund performances for the internal sales materials. Any admin and sales tasks for the team as assigned. Support the preparation and maintenance of regular management reports, KPI dashboards and strategy papers on a timely basis. Consolidate inputs from local markets for monitoring regional sales performance. Work with Finance and local markets to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Identify and implement reporting enhancement and/or automation opportunities.

To be considered, you should be a degree holder in with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry. Knowledge of investment funds or product. Sound  interpersonal communication skills. Solid analytical skills and proficiency in numbers or data. Detail oriented. Good in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus. Excellent PowerPoint skills, Word and Excel.
