This candidate will work towards implementing new and enhancing existing
applications in the Back Office and Corporate space, including the middleware
This requires involvement in the full project life cycle from the initial
project proposal through to analysis, design, implementation and subsequent
production rollout and support.
The candidate will work closely with stakeholders from various departments
including Middle Office, Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance departments to achieve department and company-wide goals.
The candidate will work collaboratively with other teams within ITD and other
entities on BAU/CTB work.
The candidate will require to work with various vendors on enhancements/project
implementation ensuring business goal and deliverable target are met.
Participate in project implementation and Back Office systems enhancements.
The work will involve the full life cycle of the SDLC including gathering user
requirements, producing detailed specifications, designing, testing,
deployment and post implementation support.
Accountable for leading project workstream, driving stakeholders and vendors
in meeting project overall timeline and scope.
Take lead on Change Requests to ensure the change is well communicated to
Ensure deliverables are meeting the requirement and timeline
Manage vendors on system enhancements to ensure the deliverables are
within scope and timeline
Work collaboratively with all internal clients including business users, IT
Support, Infrastructure and IT Governance
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Proficient experience or strong understanding of post-trade workflow including settlement of EQ & FI, corporate actions, financial accounting
Experience in agile methodology
