Business Analyst - Front Office

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Front Office to provide support for all trading systems and applications across the trade lifecycle i.e. OMS, PMS, etc
• Gather and document business requirements and drive delivery of solutions
• Manage and work with vendors to determine solutions for issues and/or enhancements
• Maintain strong relationships with the investment and trading team to better understand needs and ensure seamless support and integration of trading systems and applications
• Maintain strong relationships with the broader IT team and collaborate on broader IT initiatives as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Finance related disciplines
• 3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector i.e. sell side, buy side, or technology vendor
• Must have project experience in trading systems and applications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and organize
• Would be a plus to have knowledge and experience in programming languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, C#, or Java
