A top-notch Asset Management firm is looking for a CRM Specialist to join their global team.

Responsibilities:

Drive the improvement of CRM system and end-user experience by proactively collect feedback and requirements from users; support cases management
Improve and keep track on data quality in Salesforce
Provide insights and solutions that meeting the global stakeholders’ analytic needs
Have good understanding of relevant distribution tools (e.g., Salesforce), also related new technologies and techniques
Generate reports using MS Power BI and provide meaningful analytics and insights

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 2-6 years of relevant work experience
Experience with finance industry or asset manager is a plus, and familiar with general concepts of CRM
Hands-on experience of Salesforce CRM
Familiar with SQL coding and database architectures, Pyton, or other programming language
Strong MS Power BI skills
Good communication skills and fluent in English
