Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the digitalization of the personal loan business and improve online customer experience through benchmarking against digitally advanced banks.
- Collaborate with IT to develop product requirements and optimize customer journey.
- Participate in the development of digital marketing projects.
- Review the new generation systems, identify pain points and submit requirements for optimization..
- Participate in product testing and support system acceptance.
- Rapidly address system issues and submit requirements to resolve errors.
- Collaborate with sales channels and internal departments to ensure program execution.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry practices for all programs and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English
