Business Analyst / SBA - HK Headquartered securities financial group

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Trading, Product Development, Business Managers and Middle Office Leads to understand their needs and priorities 
• Manage users' requests and track the progress of bug fixing with development teams and vendors.  
• Manage project plans system rollout and timelines, organize meetings 
• Generate project documents, requirement documents, status reports, get feedbacks from stakeholders 
• Create UAT test cases, and work closely with QA team 
• Collect UAT test results, feedbacks, and provide recommendations for vendor application 

Requirement 

• Bachelor Degree holder of Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, relevant disciplines; 
• Strong knowledge of Trading and Settlement systems and at least 2 years’ experience as a business analyst gained Front to Back cash equities and derivative trading lifecycle; 
• Business Analyst experience within the financial services sector 
• Good project management skills & a track record in delivering complex projects 
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.  Conversational level of Putonghua is required.
