We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as
Business Planning and Strategy Manager. Principal Responsibilities - Create synergy, facilitate business collaboration discussions and strategic planning both internally and across different business units of Hang Seng Bank
- Drive the analysis of business performance information, including scorecards, financial resources planning (FRP) and track implementation of key strategic initiatives
- Contribute to senior management decision making through the use of management information (MI), performance analytics and regular update on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide corporate management supports including to take lead in the development and organization of internal governance activities
- Active participation and supports to management team in engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, including executive presentation, strategic reviews, market analytics and reports
Requirements - University graduate in Finance, Business Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/ asset management with exposure in strategic analytics/ performance management/ governance process
- Familiar with the asset management business and its related activities
- Knowledge of cross-border schemes/ relevant initiatives, mainly between China and Hong Kong (for instance, ETF Connect, Wealth Management Connect, Mutual Recognition of Funds) is preferred
- Strong business sense, self-motivated with good communication, logical and positive thinking, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure
- Strong planning, presentation and analytical skills, be sensitive to numbers
- Excellent project management, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
- Sound knowledge of PC application software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
