A leading international bank is looking for a business strategy director to take part in their their capital market business growth in the APAC region. Candidates with a solid management consulting background and solid understanding in regional capital market activities are highly preferred.

My client is a leading international bank with a breath of business lines across capital market, investment banking, private wealth and asset management.

To further strength their group strategy team's capability in the APAC region, they're now looking for a seasoned business strategy professional to cover the capital market sector.

- Initiate and develop group strategies for capital market division for individual APAC markets

- Perform detailed analysis and strategy consultation to ensure market updates are captured

- Work with various senior stakeholders in the bank and local markets for strategy alignment

- Work closely with function and business teams to implement strategies to further improve business profitability

Requirement:

- Seasoned management consulting professional with at least 10 years experiences

- Solid understanding in capital market business activities and trends in APAC region

- Experienced in stakeholder management and project management

- Excellent communications in both written and oral presentation in English

- Proven ability to influence internally and externally
