Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a CCO Assistant Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation
  • Co-ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting administration, composing presentations, drafting reports and assisting with key documents such as business plans
  • Managing external relationships and service providers
  • Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
  • Assist with Business Continuity Planning, Information Security and Cyber Risk management
  • Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area

Requirements

  • Degree holder, experience in banking sector and good knowledge on secretarial, administrative support
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytic ability and able to make sensible business judgment
  • Able to organize and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision
  • Good English proficiency both written and spoken and able to communicate in Chinese
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
