Digital Business Services - Cards and Loans Operations Hang Seng's Operations is a team of experienced banking operations professionals who strive for delivering time-to-market, efficient and world-class processing services to customers, corporations, financial institutions and internal units.
Cards and Loans Operations supports the distribution of cards, credit cards and unsecured loan accounts maintenance and merchant acquiring operations.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Cards and Loans Operations Associate.
Principal responsibilities - Work with business and offshore teams to ensure performance levels continually meet or exceed agreed quality standards
- Monitor SLAs and quality to ensure the service standard is achieved
- Perform daily operations and control; and management information reporting
- Handle internal and external customer's enquiries
- Is accountable for the effective use of controls to ensure operational risk within agreed limits
- Implement projects as a Subject Matter Expert for new product/ service, process, improvement and migration projects as applicable to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Escalate issues with operational effectiveness in a timely and appropriate manner
Requirements - Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines would be preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account reconciliation, settlement, and payment
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, master in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to details
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills, great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
