Change Manager - Insurance
A leading Insurance company based in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their transformation team. They currently are going on a transformation journey across sales, claims and digital. The organisation has not been through significant change throughout the past few years so they need an experienced change manager to help them through people and culture change.
This person must have at least 1-2 years experience in a specific Change Manager role, with experience across peeople, process, and cultural change. This person will have to roll out the change management framework, as well as training and development plans.
Candidates must be able to speak Cantonese and English.
