Implement group's regional transformation, co-ordinate and supervise Southeast Asian entities to execute group's credit strategies; and to lead and inspire a regional credit strategy, in supporting the group to pursue a risk-balanced, healthy and sustainable risk management objective. Regularly report to the General Manager, Credit Risk
Be a centralized focal point to coordinate with all overseas entities and other CRM teams to resolve issues related to Credit Risk Management
Lead and inspire a sustainability strategy and implementation to Southeast Asia entities
Oversee the Southeast Asian institutions' credit portfolio performance, ensure adherence with major group policies and expectations
Lead credit transactions due diligence in adherence to group and regional strategies
Supervise Southeast Asian institutions to fulfill regulatory and governance requirements on both local, regional and group level
Oversee regional limit and monitoring mechanism, monitor regional credit quality, limit control and policy exceptions, and lead portfolio reviews when appropriate
Continuous improvement on areas of need
Perform periodic / ad-hoc on-site visit and training
Perform periodic / ad-hoc reporting on regional credit risk related issues
Requirements:
Bachelors or above in business administration, finance, accounting or related discipline
ACCA, CFA, ACIB, GARP-FRM, PRMIA-PRM, CCRP(CPM) and other relevant professional qualification is preferred
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial services, with at least 5 years of management experience
Familiar with banking practices of credit risk management and regulatory requirements; with good understanding in credit risk management in Southeast Asia region
Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills, being able to adapt to diversified cultures of Southeast Asia region
