Chief Operating Officer - Insurance - Hong Kong

Candidates should have experience in the following areas: 

- Strong understanding of I.T. and have led technhology teams previously in CTO or CIO capacity. Heads of Technology or Chief Architects can also be considered. 

- Previous experience leading teams across Asia, this role will be managing a team of c. 50 employees 

- Broad understanding of life insurance operations experience e.g. underwriting, issuance, claims 

- Excellent leadership and communication skills 

- Over 5 years working experience at a senior level within the life insurance market
