- Oversight of onboarding and account opening experience for professional investors (i.e. FI & HNW clients)
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of PI clients by building good relationship with key stakeholders (both internal & external)
- Oversight & process of account opening & periodic reviews
- Familiar with the document requirement for entities & individual, perform client outreach to conduct KYC interview with clients
- Ensure all documentation received is updated, accurate and completed
- Assist in regulatory projects and implement enhancement on the KYC process
- Assess risk for any business decisions made, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
