A leading international asset manager is looking to recruit a client service professional to lead a small team of two, covering institutional investors in the greater China region. The role will be part of the institutional business team to provide best in class client service and sales support to the clients, including international insurers. The role is based in Hong Kong, and will cover a wide range of investment products.
Responsibilities
Provide client services associated with traditional and alternative investments
Manage calls and meetings with clients for on-going account servicing.
Conduct regular investment pipeline meeting with client
Manage to keep the relevant internal investment and support functions within AMHK / AM to have an up-to-date understanding of client’s requirements
Manage with AMHK internal teams the production and delivery of client reporting as well as the presentation materials for client meetings
Engage with internal teams and agree service levels with internal stakeholders in order to manage the delivery of client’s requirements with quality
Timely maintain a log of issues / error affecting the covered client portfolios and conduct regular meetings with internal support functions in order to manage the quality of client services
Regular review of client’s investment guidelines by co-ordinating with the investment and support teams
Ensure adherence and compliance to all regulatory and internal requirements for the on-going services provided to clients / clients’ new requests
Requirements
5-8 years' client serivce experience within the asset management or pivate banking industries, preferrably with experience serving insurers
Good knowledge and understanding of investments, asset classes, asset management industry and investment flows
Specific knowledge of insurance investment an advantage
Excellent written, verbal and presentational skills
Excellent organization and communication skills required
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a must
