Client Success Junior Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for growing monthly transaction of clients through Ayoconnect's API

• Generate strategies(campaign, etc) to boost client's transaction through Ayoconnect's API

• Create recurring agenda for monthly account meeting with clients

• Manage Good relationship with clients

• Encouraging clients to buy extras and upselling products

• Tracking and managing Clients transaction activity

• Coordination with Product or tech team for problem solving in delivery, and compliance related with the regulation if needed
