Our client is looking for a Head of Cloud Engineering to lead the cloud technical enablement team in HK. Responsibilities:Drive the cloud platform architecture and engineering, inclusive of design, robust implementation and integration efforts.Establish seamless integration with internal systems, ensuring high availability, security and compliance of

platform.

Act as technical leader and mentor of cross functional cloud virtual team and scale the adoption and transition of cloud native applications.

Ability to communicate complex designs or issues and seek stakeholder support.

Collaborate with application teams to enable streamlined, automated cloud-native development and deployment.

Continuously improve cloud platform cost and resource management through DevOps, CICD and IaC.

Working closely with Cloud platform operations lead to establish and automate policies and processes for efficient cloud operations and management.

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience.
10+ years of relevant working experience, strong engineering discipline and demonstrated problem solver.
Technical knowledge in areas such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, security and automation.
Knowledge of major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Asian cloud providers)
