Overview My client is one of the largest retail banks in Hong Kong. They are looking for a mid-to-senior-level candidate to oversee a team of 2 to manage customers' opinions and complaints.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the team in handling customer complaints following the bank's procedures & regulatory requirements
Analysis and investigate the root cause and relevant procedure reviews of the complaints.
Ensure customer complaints are handled in compliance requirements by regulators and banks.
Review and analysis of statistical reports for complaint cases.
Assist in improving the service quality and upgrading needs resulting from complaint cases.
Work closely with other departments to implement the action plan smoothly.
Establish the risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures to manage and mitigate the daily risks

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree holder
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking sector
Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial role with solid experience in complaint handling
Sound knowledge of regulatory policies and guidelines, also retail banking products and services
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
