The Role
· Assist daily compliance monitoring tasks
· Generate reports for senior management review on periodic basis;
· Coordinate compliance requirements with fund counterparties and clients;
· Provide support in fund establishment projects including fund documentation drafting and review, account opening assistance, AML screening and KYC verification;
· Update the Company’s policies and procedural manuals to ensure compliance with latest regulatory requirements;
· Perform tasks relating to SFC licensing, amongst others, completing questionnaires, applying individual licence and submitting notifications and returns;
· Assist senior compliance staff on other ad hoc dutie
Requirements:
· Degree holder, preferably in law, finance or related discipline;
· At least one year experience in compliance field ;
· Knowledge in SFC rules and regulations would be an advantage ;
· Good research & drafting skills ;
· Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) ;
· Self-motivated, analytical and able to multitask.
