This is an exciting opportunity with fintech giant, with solid and established compliance culture in placed. They are looking for Manager / Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance to come in and lead their General Compliance team, being an important part of the HK Compliance Team, focusing on providing regulatory advice to the business.

The Company

Our client is fintech company, with HKMA license, a strong presences in Asia, with a long history and established compliance team and culture in HK. As a part of their growing HK Compliance Team, they are now looking for seasoned, knowledgeable and driven compliance professional to specialize in their payment and fintech business. This person will be handling all the regulatory compliance duties.

The Role

As the leader of the General Compliance Team, you will be reporting to the North Asia Compliance Head, responsible for providing regulatory advice to the business, handling regulatory exams and enquiries, new products approval, licensing as well as heavily involved in compliance projects for the APAC region.

Your Profile

The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law or Accounting, with a professional qualification is highly preferable. You will have at least 7 years of compliance experience in banking enviornment, along with strong knowledge in HKMA regulations. You will possess excellent presentation and communication skills (Ability to read & write Chinese and English is a MUST), and an ability to deal with all levels of an organisation.
