We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Conduct and Sales Suitability Manager ASP .

Principal responsibilities
  • Ensure all countries are familiar with the Conduct framework, and adequate controls are in place to address the risk
  • Ensure that local Sales Quality teams are clear about the minimum standards required to carry out their role
  • Monitor Conduct and Sales Quality issues, produce and review MI reporting, ensuring they are fit for purpose to monitor performance towards the Conduct Objectives and sales suitability
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Conduct and Sales Quality matters, liaising with the relevant stakeholders as required
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with stakeholders at country, regional and global level
  • Facilitate the adherence to the framework by engaging with the relevant stakeholders and providing subject matter expertise as required
  • Support in the delivery of global projects and change initiatives to countries within agreed timeline
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, enabling close cooperation
  • Coach and develop less mature markets to perform their roles
  • Ensure that the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, and that the controls implemented are designed to support the delivery of fair customer outcomes
  • Ensure risks are highlighted, monitored and escalated appropriately
  • Ensure regional compliance with the Conduct Framework and Global Sales Quality minimum standards
  • Ensure a robust front end Sales Quality checking is in place so that the right customer outcome and the documentation can support the sale complies with regulatory and industry standards


Qualifications
Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in banking, finance, accountancy or in related field. Relevant advanced degree or professional qualification is an advantage
  • Knowledge on risk roles such as audit experience, risk management would be preferred, but not mandatory
  • Technical knowledge of risk regulatory requirement, RBWM product knowledge and sales process would be preferred, but not mandatory
  • Good analytical skills, preferably with previous experience on data analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, with ability to deliver good quality output within a tight timeframe
  • Ability to communicate and deal with complex issues
  • Well-organized, passionate and highly responsible
