The Credit Maintenance Analyst is an entry level position responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the Operations - Services team. The overall objective of this role is to maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor credit exposure and adhere to overall credit policies.
Responsibilities: - Process incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
- Analyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects
- Maintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports
- Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
- Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors
- Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information
- Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications: - Relevant experience required
- Experience in credit operations or similar position
- Knowledge of the processes, procedures and systems
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Support credit underwriting function for Lending Products (including but not limited to credit card, personal loan, mortgages, etc) according to bank's policy and with adequate control and within the established processing turnaround time as well as meeting productivity benchmark
•Perform credit activities (including financial spreading, credit risk analysis, credit proposal write up underwriting and credit processing for new application / line maintenance / annual review) for both Unsecured and Secured Products (including but not limited to mortgage, credit card, personal loan, etc)
•Render support on quality check (eg. day 2 review, quality assurance framework, etc) to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirement, prevailing policy and procedure
•Support various office routine (eg. COB drill test, sanity check for system changes)
- Participate in projects and initiatives to enable digitalization and automation in the credit cycle.Support projects, development of work flows and procedures to enhance credit processing, credit underwriting and post-approval process for Lending Products.•Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence
