We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Content Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Formulate and master content production across multiple functional areas, driving weekly, monthly and quarterly delivery, branding and external marketing of CIO publications
  • Manage production process and oversee the publishing operations and control content production schedules
  • Support Investment Outlook planning, sourcing of speakers, event flow and content delivery in both traditional and digital formats
  • Support Director, Investment Content Strategy Asia, to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of the regional content production and distribution process
  • Work with the global and regional Marketing Teams and third-party vendors to deliver professional layout and look and feel in CIO publications and investment narratives to ensure brand consistency
  • Work with both internal and external vendors to prepare formatted client-friendly publications and marketing materials that adhere to HSBC Global Brand Guidelines
  • Coordinate and drive both English and Chinese content management and distribution process via traditional and digital tools
  • Work with both internal and external vendors to prepare formatted client-friendly publications and marketing materials that adhere to HSBC Global Brand Guidelines
  • Support Investment Product Group Asia teams to work on Chinese content management projects and digital content distribution through various distribution platforms
  • Assist in development of Global Private Banking website in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese
  • Assist the development and production of videos and multimedia deliverables including podcasts, videos, vlog
  • Coordinate and drive Chinese productions and distribution of multimedia outputs for onshore Chinese clients 
  • Seek new approach to enhance the effectiveness of multimedia output delivery
  • Responsible for ad-hoc translation of investment contents into Chinese and scripting of investment narratives in both Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese
  • Support Investment Product Group Asia teams to work on multimedia delivery
  • Support Asia CIO Office to vet outsourced projects for vendors
  • Manage vendors on day-to-day basis to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • On-boarding of new vendor to ensure cost-efficiency of projects
  • Optimise internal and external project management workflow to streamline the overall process
  • Manage yearly vendor budget, provide insights and suggestions on how to make the best use of budget

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as content manager, marketing and communications or relevant role
  • Over 5 years of experience in content management and marketing and communications
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • Strong competencies in content optimisation, marketing including both traditional and digital and vendor management
  • Strong competencies in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
  • style="font-size:14px;">A team player, organised, reliable, attention to details and adaptive to changes
