Our Senior Associate will work closely with EY's Senior leadership to directly support the internal data analytics, compliance control, process management, as well as other strategic initiatives that involves regular maintenance and improving our business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & participate in firm-wide change management, including but not limited to business transformation, overseeing overall corporate initiatives and management/process improvement
- Track business transformation module progress
- Identify any issues/risks from the current process, and construct practical solutions
- Communicate with and support other corporate functions
- Ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the senior leadership
Knowledge and skills requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business-related fields but other academic backgrounds will be considered
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated experience in working with different stakeholders with competing needs
- Excellent written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin) is essential to perform in this role, Cantonese will be a plus but not compulsory
- 3 years or more experience in PMO related role(s)
- Experienced in MS Applications
