Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• To monitor the Corporate & Commercial Loans Processing Section to ensure the daily operation is running smoothly
• Assist in the planning of projects regarding loans operations and administration
• Participate in all system development and assist implementation
• Communicate closely with all related departments
• Provide training to the team members
• Perform any other duties as many be assigned by Department Head

Job Requirement

• Universtiy graduate in related discipline
• At least 10 years of banking experience in loan processing/operation, with 4 years managerial level
• Thorough familiarity of the Bank's credit policies, approval authority, delegation, system & process, loan products such as syndication loans, term loans, agency loans & risk participation etc.
• Has an extremely deep understanding of regulations and requirements in the Bank's discipline
• Good leadership skills to manage, lead and motivate his/her subordinates
• Knowledge of PC operations and typing skills in Chinese and English
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Education
- Bachelor Degree or above

Qualification

Experience
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
