Overview
A stable local corporate bank is currently seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join their China Corporates Team to prepare new and renewal credit applications for HK and PRC large corporates.
Role Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the preparation of new and renewal credit applications according to bank credit policy and proceed with applications through the approval processes
- Work closely together with Corporate Banking relationship managers including providing advice on deal structures and assess credit risk in order to support business activities
- Responsible for credit monitoring, credit policy review, and credit proposals writing in accordance with credit policies
- Keep abreast of regulatory requirement for credit risk management
- Prepare and provide advisory on loan documentation process
- Develop and conduct trainings for internal credit staff
- Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time assigned by the department head
Requirements
- University graduate in Accounting/Finance/Business or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years' solid credit analysis experience in commercial banking/corporate banking
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, and loan documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Cantonese
