Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Job Responsibilities:​​
  • Maintain positive, emphatic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times in line with our "Making Banking Joyful" mantra
  • As much as possible, act as one-stop-shop to execute customer's instructions, provide product and service information and resolving products and services issues in the most efficient and effective way possible
  • Help customers better manage financial matters in making banking invisible, painless and seamless
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers
  • Apply technology intelligently to help improve banking experience for customers and to improve efficiency of internal work where necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions at all times
  • Provide feedback on VoC and act to represent VoC as needed
  • At the right time, leverage good service to upsell / x-sell customers in financial products and services to deepen relationship with customers as a part of our service-to-sales model
  • Service oriented but able to drive for sales-oriented culture
  • Provide constructive and continuous feedback on VoC and improvement areas or opportunities for new growth
  • Find the best channel for different types of interaction, balancing quality of experience, efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Degree holder with majors in business, economics or finance is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with internal departments
  • Good PC skill and g ood teamwork spirit
