Our client is a multinational universal bank and financial services holding company. They provide financial services across different regions: Asia, North America, Europe, etc... They are one of the world's largest banks by total assets and market capitalization. Currently the team is looking to employ an individual contributor - Global Cyber Lead to take the responsibility for engaging with Business heads, Exco and Asset classes across MSS to embed Cyber Risk management.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

Build understanding of MSS Cyber landscape, articulating interaction between cyber threats, technical controls and MSS business services and articulate this to MSS Exco, Risk owners and asset classes
Work with MSS asset classes and Group/ Regional cybersecurity to quantify cyber impact to each asset class (e.g. through Group Cyber Risk Quantification). Develop MSS level and where required asset class specific responses
Implement Cyber Threat Profile/Risk Position monitoring for Global, Regional Risk Owners and asset classes, with relevant MI included in respective governance
Provide oversight of technical cyber security metrics, enabling and steering business insights / decision making on prioritization and investment for cyber risk remediation
Share knowledge of Cyber Security intelligence, solutions, tools, procedures, controls, driving raised awareness of cyber risk across MSS Exco, management and broader MSS population. Work with MSS BIRO on strengthening the existing cyber awareness proposition
Ensure Information, Technology & Cyber Security risks and controls are being consistently managed

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial services or banks
Strong knowledge of technical cyber controls, frameworks and tooling as well as of industry cyber frameworks and best practice
Good understanding of related risk/control disciplines (Operational Risk, Resilience Risk)
Flexibility in working arrangements, as the role may require working from home, travel (outside of pandemic limitations) and irregular working hours
Excellent problem-solving skills, and good English communication skills
