DCM Director / Senior VP (Origination)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for deal originati and structuring.
• Lead in the process of deal origination and prepared bond proposals, Liability Management proposals
• Lead the pitch and discussion with client as well as the preparation of roadshow
• Lead on organising investor meetings and assisted in bond syndicate including market update and pricing calls.
• Leverage on the existing contacts and accounts of the company and maintain good relationship with potential new clients.
• Provides regular market updates, ratings assessment and rating proposals
• Coordinate'with'external'parties'including'lawyers,'auditors,'rating'agencies'and'work'with'internal'parties'to'ensure'smooth'execution
• Work with the team on financial analyst, credit approval, credit risk evaluation, documentation and valuation, deal structure re-examination and syndication.
• Regularly provided up-to-date market materials, including global economic outlook, US Treasury rates, Exchange rates, Chinese offshore bond markets

Requirements:

• 7+years of related experience in Debt Capital Market, with solid origination experience and track record.
• Degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or any related discipline.
• Working experience in SOE / PRC investment bank is preferrable, candidates who can speak good mandarin is also welcome.
• Depends on the calibre of the candidate, the position will either be Director or SVP.
