DCM VP-Director

Job Description:

• Lead or co-lead DCM coverage or sales acvitities

• Prepare marketing documents (market update, peer analysis, secondary market pricing movements, primary market pricing indications)

• Monitor primary market developments (recent transactions, pipeline and market rumors)

• Carry on research on debt capital markets products and update on capital markets data

• Provide support on internal / administrative tasks (reporting, budget, management presentations, monitoring of league tables)

Requirements :

• Relevant Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related disciplines preferred

• 5 years+ relevant DCM coverage or sales experiences

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Good knowledge of equity and debt markets

• Self-motivated with excellent ability to multi-task

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese would be a plus
