Our client is a Well-known Insurance Group, and they are looking for Deputy GM with Motor Insurance and ERM experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall business direction and operation
- Provide reinsurance solutions to clients and keep contact with reinsurer for business development
- Ensure client needs & expectations are met and manage overall service delivery to agreed standards
- Management of team performance and ensure the business operations run smoothly
- Provide advice on ERM system development and enhancement
- Liaise with regulators, professional bodies, and board members, and coordinate regulatory filings
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related disciplines
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in life insurance companies, banking or financial institutions is preferred
- Good knowledge of motor insurance, Actuarial and compliance, rules and regulations relating to the insurance industry and the MPF products in Hong Kong
- Knowledge in IFRS 17 will be an asset
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, ability to read and write in professional Chinese and English, and ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently under pressure and time constraints
