Deputy / Assistant Business Strategy Manager - (Contact Centre, Compliance Management)
Responsibilities:
Provide daily compliance support to business and operation team
Assist superior in raising and maintaining compliance awareness among staff by providing timely information and update
Perform regular compliance-related checking and self-assessments to ensure business and operation team comply with the regulatory requirements
Assist superior in reviewing and updating the internal compliance-related policies, procedures, guidelines etc. in accordance with the local laws and regulations and the market practices
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above with major in Banking & Finance / Risk Management / Business Administration or related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking and financial institutes / operational risk management / compliance-related field would be an advantage
Basic knowledge of local regulations, e.g. Banking Ordinance, Code of Banking Practice, Code of Conduct, etc.
Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills
Good command of Chinese and English in both spoken and written including Putonghua
Proficient in PC skills and MS Office applications
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager
