A Prop-Trading high frequency trading firm operating in the global cryptocurrency market is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team to take their desktop support role to take their career to the next level. You will handle in-office desktop support for traders and help integrate cloud systems. A strong desktop support focus in supporting the Hong Kong office as well as a global team. Opportunity to learn deployment of virtual desktops to the management of services in Azure and AWS cloud environments.
Job responsibilities include:
- Providing in-office support, handling office IT questions and occasional support for a small HK office. Providing desktop support for remote employees across a global organisation
Enjoy taking on personal responsibility, where you have the opportunity to make an impact on the business outcomes through providing support everyday
Learn from experienced IT Operations team and help support systems on crypto exchanges across the globe.
Requirements:
- Solid Level 1 and front-line support to users in trading and technology firms.
- Experience working in office in a desktop support role
- A self starter who loves to learn new things and solving problems every day.
