Job Responsibilities
- Oversee online banking's strategies are properly formulated and executed
- Ensure digital products are developed and implemented in accordance with the Bank's strategy.
- Ensure the financial planning and departmental budgeting are in line with the business strategy of Management.
- Enchance customer experience by designing an end-to-end process for digital products
- Analysis competitor landscape and market trend to adjust the strategies
- Formulate the key performance indicators and ensure the targets are met on time.
Job Requirements
- University graduate in relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the banking sector covering digital products development and channel strategy
- Solid team and project management experiences
- Proficient in verbal and written Chinese and English
- Sound knowledge of consumer banking channel behavior and market trends
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make sound business decisions
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
