Digital Project Manager (12-month Contract)

Our Client is a leading insurance group. With its ever-growing business, it has been hiring a few Digital Project Managers to support its IT department for digitalization and innovation projects.

A challenging role that you will be working with diverse business units to govern board range of digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for full-cycle project management
• Work with project sponsors and key stakeholders to build business case
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, individual project teams, delivery team, and external vendor on project delivery
• Drive project deliveries, evaluate/mitigate risks, and overcome resistances
• Engage in business meeting and project report

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in governing digital transformation projects
• Prior exposure to complex transformation projects within insurance or financial services industry
• Hands-on experience in full project cycle and business meetings
• Good understanding in Agile or with knowledge of agile methodology
• Bilingual ability - Cantonese and English; with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
