Assist team lead in new initiatives to support digital adoption in Partnership channels.
Roles and Responsibilities - Assist to formulate and execute Digital Marketing strategies in maximizing opportunities in penetrating Partnership Distribution partner's customers base, including up-selling or cross-selling to drive sales via omni channels
- Drive content strategies in various communication channels, specializing in social media and engagement management
- Perform online sales funnel analysis - from driving awareness to consideration, application completion and conversion. Reduce drop-offs and improve conversion with re-target and remarketing activities
- Analyze customers' behaviors, latest trends for targeting, and competitors' strategies to sustain a continuous online sales growth
- Assist to formulate promotion and communication strategies to drive digital tools adoptions of partners / customers to strengthen sales and servicing model and achieve operation efficiency
- Conduct end-to-end analysis on partners and customer journey to uncover gaps and identify business insights to enable digital engagement with partners / customers and create cross/up-sell opportunities throughout all touchpoints
- Collaborate with offline distribution channels and different business units to drive leads generation, conversion and engagement
- Participate in digital projects to provide user requirements, define project scope with stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery of outcomes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Branding, Group Office etc to ensure necessary clearance and approval are obtained
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure digital marketing campaigns follow partners branding guideline and compliance requirement before campaign launch
- Alignment of KPIs with bank partners to ensure tracking and review of funnel analysis is in place in order to continuously fine-tune programs to improve response and conversion
Minimum Job Requirements: - University / College graduate plus minimum 7 years relevant experience
- Experience in online sales and partners management preferred
- Mature, creative and business minded with excellent execution skills
- Strong digital, project management and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
