A PRC Asset Management is looking for Direct Investment Analyst to join. Welcome candidates from Investment/IBD/Big 4 background with 2-5 work years.
Duties:
-Prepare meeting materials for board meetings e.g. annual reviews, return forecasts, etc
-Review the risk/return of the investments and prepare due diligence of the companies
-Analysis the markets trend and carry out due diligence on potential investors
-Complete financial modelings and valuations of the investment portfolios
-Maintain relationships with investors, investment consultant and consultants
-Ensure that the investment portfolios comply with legal, regulatory, audit and tax requirements
Requirements:
-2-5 working years from Investment/Investment Banking/Big 4
-Strong Valuation, Modeling, Due Diligence skills;
-Good written skills in English and Chinese;
-Fluency in English and Mandarin
