- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with regulators, central banks, development banks, and other government agencies in the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure that the Chief Executive Officer is fully briefed in respect of enquiries and/or policy directives received from regulators, central banks etc.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes which are or may become applicable to the Organisation and its members
- Participate in and present at events and conferences on behalf of the Organisation.
- Develop and maintain and deliver suitable training materials and courses.
- Ascertain where training needs to be taken in-country around the APAC region and deliver courses.

The ideal candidate will have
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience of the syndicated loan industry, products and regulations.
- Min 10 years of expericne in legal/ banking or transaction management roles focusing on syndicated loans (primary and/or secondary).
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively (ideally in English as well as Chinese).
- Ability to achieve buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
