We are a wholly owned subsidiary of SHANXI SECURITIES CO., LTD ("Shanxi Securities" Stock Code: 002500.SZ) and a fast growing international financial institution incorporated in Hong Kong since 2006. We provide securities brokerage, futures contracts trading, asset management and investment banking services to global corporate, institutional clients and retail clients. We are looking for committed, dedicated and high-caliber financial professionals.

Responsibilities:

Execution of corporate finance activities, including IPO, M&A and financial advisory
Responsible for the execution including on-site execution of entire project including due diligence, market research, financial analysis, regulatory check and other activities
Liaise with regulatory authorities and professional parties during the process of project execution
Prepare documents such as announcement, circular, prospectus and presentation material for projects
Assess potential deals and conduct relevant research

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Finance/Accounting or any relevant disciplines
Over 10 years solid experience in Corporate Finance, with proven track record of IPO projects
Well versed with listing rules and knowledge of takeover code
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,
Fluent Putonghua is required
Eligible to be licensed as a principal RO under SFC type 6 activities
Travel and stay in PRC for IPO project execution is a must
