My client is a leading Life Insurance business with strong global presence. Due to expansion in the Solution Delivery team, they are looking for a SME in Insurance Solutions and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the planned roadmap across markets in Asia
- Perform data analysis to identify top transactions trends
- Work with BAs, developers and product owners under Solution Delivery team
- Work with assigned markets to manage and align key stakeholders to the group standard servicing transaction designs and provide guidance on any local BUs needs
- Conduct Business refinement sessions with markets to capture the user requirements
- Detail and capture the user stories in JIRA
- Liaise with development team, design team and stakeholders in markets to ensure requirements and expectations are delivered
Experience:
- 10 years or more of experience in Life insurance operations with at least 5 years in policy servicing of financial and non-financial transactions
- Agile working experience in delivery of key projects and programs
- Ability to be multi-task, work to a tight schedule in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving analytical skills
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Familiar with project management tools ie. JIRA
- Proficient in written and spoken English
